AlloClae

Reshape, refine, replace with alloClae

alloClae is a first-of-its-kind structural adipose tissue that adds targeted volume to the breast and body naturally, precisely, and without going under the knife.

The Future of Body Contouring Has Arrived

For years, patients seeking subtle enhancements a smoother hip contour, fuller breast shape, or correction after a previous procedure faced a limited set of options: implants, fat transfer, or learning to live with it.

alloClae changes that.

It is the first structural adipose tissue designed specifically for body contouring a ready-to-use allograft derived from donated human fat tissue, processed to preserve its natural architecture, and applied directly where volume is needed. No harvesting. No major surgery. No extended downtime.

The result is immediate cushioning and support that looks and feels like the tissue that was always supposed to be there.

What Is alloClae?

It is FDA-regulated under Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act as a Human Cellular and Tissue-based Product (HCT/P) meaning it meets strict federal safety standards and is classified as a tissue transplant, not a drug or medical device.

alloClae arrives ready to use. There is no harvesting procedure. No general anesthesia required. The treatment is performed right here in our office or operating room.

alloClae is a sterile, hydrated adipose (fat) allograft sourced from rigorously screened human donors and processed to preserve the natural structure of fat tissue, including intact adipocytes and the extracellular matrix (ECM) that gives tissue its shape and support.

Unlike synthetic fillers, alloClae is composed of the same building blocks your body already uses: fat cells and naturally occurring proteins, including collagen, elastin, and laminin. It provides immediate volume at the application site, with an ECM that supports lasting structural results.

Treatment time: In-office procedure, same day.

Anesthesia: Local anesthesia

Downtime: Minimal most patients resume normal activity within 24–48 hours

Results: Immediate volume with continued improvement as swelling resolves

How It Works

The procedure is minimally invasive and performed under local anesthesia.

After a thorough consultation to assess your anatomy and goals, your provider will mark the treatment areas and administer a local anesthetic to ensure your comfort. A small incision just a few millimeters is made at the treatment site.

alloClae is then applied subcutaneously using a fine cannula, placed directly into the fat layer where volume is needed. The product is delivered in small, controlled amounts using precise, retrograde techniques to build even, natural-looking results.

Once the application is complete, the entry point is closed with a small closure strip or suture. Most patients are in and out within the same appointment. Mild swelling or bruising is normal and typically resolves within one to two weeks.

Why Patients Choose alloClae

No Harvesting Required

Traditional fat transfer requires liposuction to collect donor fat from another area of your body before it can be used. alloClae eliminates that step entirely. The tissue arrives ready to apply processed, sterilized, and preserved to maintain its natural structure.

Natural Composition

alloClae is made of intact adipocytes and extracellular matrix the same materials your body uses to build and support soft tissue. It does not contain synthetic compounds or foreign materials. The result integrates naturally with the surrounding tissue.

Immediate, Lasting Results

Volume is visible immediately following the procedure. The ECM within alloClae which retains naturally occurring growth factors, proteins, and collagens supports structural results that hold over time.

Precision Where You Need It

alloClae can be applied anywhere fat naturally exists in the body. That precision makes it suitable for targeted corrections including subtle refinements that broader procedures cannot address.

Minimal Downtime

alloClae does not require a donor harvest site and is performed under local anesthesia, recovery is significantly shorter than with surgical alternatives. Most patients avoid vigorous activity for 24–48 hours and return to their routine quickly.

Safety and What to Expect

alloClae is derived from cadaveric adipose tissue donated under strict federal guidelines. Every donor is screened and tested for communicable diseases in compliance with FDA requirements, including HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and other relevant pathogens. The tissue is processed and terminally sterilized using gamma radiation to a sterility assurance level of 10⁻⁶.

As with any procedure of this type, there are potential risks. These may include temporary bruising, swelling, mild tenderness, or temporary firmness at the application site most of which resolve within one to two weeks. Less common risks include infection, cystic or nodule formation, hematoma, or allergic response. alloClae should not be used in patients with a history of anaphylaxis or severe allergy, or in patients with active infection.

Your provider will review your full medical history prior to treatment and discuss whether alloClae is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

alloClae is intended to be applied subcutaneously in areas where adipose tissue naturally exists. It is not intended to replace independent medical judgment. Individual results may vary.

Post-Procedure Care

Following your alloClae procedure, your provider will walk you through your specific aftercare instructions. General guidelines include:

Avoid sun exposure and extreme temperatures at the treatment site for 24–48 hours

Avoid vigorous physical activity for 24–48 hours

Avoid submersion of the treated area (baths, hot tubs, saunas) for the first 24–48 hours

Follow all dressing and incision care instructions provided at your appointment

Contact the practice if you experience worsening or prolonged symptoms
